We weren't picked to win last year’s homecoming game against Stratford. Before the game we played “Another one Bites the Dust” — we won by 21 points that night. So we play it before every game now. The Stratford players who had graduated and watched the game realized: these boys can play.
This team is different from anything I’ve ever had. We look good and we work hard every day. We’re looking to go to the state championship. Staying healthy, working hard day in and day out — it will be hard to stay consistent.
I’m all about our team. Really, after losing that game last year to Muleshoe it put it all in perspective: how good we were, how good we’ll be.

I hear that the Falcons have three or four Seniors that have played on Varsity since they were Freshmen, you being one of them.
